Santa Clara Garment Factory Project belong to Charming Group Hong Kong – 8 Years of Memories
The Santa Clara garment factory project, designed and built by VietDECOR, has spanned 8 years filled with milestones and cherished memories:
- 2016: Completed Phase 1 of Factory 1 – Buildings B1, B3, and B4 (Nam Dinh)
- 2017-2018: Completed Phase 2 of Factory 1 – New Building B2 and finalized B1 & B3
- 2019: Completed the PS apartment.
- 2019-2020: Completed Phase 3, focusing on the sewing lines of Factory 1
- 2021: Maintained the entirety of Factory 1, including Buildings B1, B2, B3, and B4
- 2022-2023: Completed Factory 2 in Ninh Binh
- 2023: Finished dormitory for foreigner workers and carried out maintenance work
- 2024: Renovated building B5 to support new sewing lines & Outdoor Star Shop - Ninh Binh
Beyond the accomplishments, what truly matters is the journey, the experiences and time that have strengthened the partnership between SCL and VietDECOR. Together, we have shared both triumphs and challenges, and the leadership and teams of both companies have formed strong friendships along the way.
